Hi! I thought it’ll be nice (and fun) to create a page summarising the tempura restaurants I’ve dined in Japan. Am also hoping this pictorial overview will provide ease if searching for review of a particular sushi-ya. Pictures are arranged in alphabetical order. And yes, I thought it be interesting to use pictures of prawn tempura from the different restaurants. Initially wanted to post sea urchin tempura, but I didn’t have that at all the tempura restaurants. So… But hey! Don’t underestimate the skills needed to nail a perfect prawn tempura.
